Thayetchaung (Burmese: သရက်ချောင်းမြို့) is a town in Burma belonging to the Tanintharyi region of southern Burma. Within the region, Thayetchaung is the capital of the homonymous township in Dawei District. In 2014 it had a population of 11 305 inhabitants, about a tenth of the municipal population.
